Bringing the figures rather than the impression, since a process question with numbers attached is a different conversation.
27 instances over 16 months, 1 of which went the other way. I have listed each with a date and a link so the count can be checked rather than taken.
My question is whether the pattern is the one the rule was written for.
Answering the question the opening post raises rather than the one it answers.
Use case: explain why you think the feature would help. "I would use this to..." makes the request concrete.
I have separated what I observed from what I concluded, which does not always happen.
