Follow-up: Is "synergy" the right word for the combination data?

Worth separating two things that the opening post runs together. Nausea profile of amylin analogues: the historical agent pramlintide required multiple daily doses and had a difficult tolerability profile. Is "synergy" the right word for the combination data? I have a specific reason for asking rather than idle curiosity, and the context is below.

Putting the numbers in the first post, because a question about a compound without them turns into a question about somebody's impression of it.

cagrilintide, monoisotopic mass near 3749.9 Da, 15 weeks of my own notes, and 9 lots from 2 suppliers with a purity figure on each. That is the whole basis of what follows.

What I want checked is the reasoning I have built on top of it, not the figures themselves.

That is a fair summary of where the discussion has got to.

Worth separating two things that the opening post runs together.

Nausea profile of amylin analogues: the historical agent pramlintide required multiple daily doses and had a difficult tolerability profile. A weekly formulation is a substantially different proposition and data from that is more relevant than data from pramlintide.
