Follow-up: "Should I double up?" — answered once, at length, calmly

On the subject in the title: "Should I double up?" — answered once, at length, calmly Working notes rather than a conclusion.

A practical question that I suspect has a boring answer, which is why I could not find it discussed.

The maintained page covers the general case well. My case is one step off it, and the step looks small enough that it probably does not matter — which is exactly the reasoning that has caught me out before.

What I would like is somebody to tell me whether the step is genuinely small or whether it only looks that way.

Reading back through, this was answered upthread and I missed it. My fault.

The opening post answers the question as asked. The question underneath it is different.

If you have to inject at a different time of day than usual, that is a much smaller perturbation than it feels for a weekly compound with a week-long half-life.
