The public assessment report published at authorisation is one of the best free technical documents available on any of these compounds and it is rarely cited here.

Post #27 is right about the mechanism and I think understates the practical bit.

Say which member state. A statement true in one is regularly false in another and the difference is not marginal.

Old habit: I write down the expected answer before I calculate it.
