Where two conditions pull in opposite directions, that is a clinical judgement rather than a lookup, and it is the kind of question a forum answers worst.

I read the earlier replies on Type 2 diabetes twice before writing this, because I had assumed the opposite and wanted to be sure I was disagreeing with what was said rather than what I expected.

Picking up post #18: that is the part I would want checked first.

Genuine question rather than a rhetorical one: has anyone here actually observed Type 2 diabetes, as opposed to read about it? The thread is long and I cannot tell.
