Good consultation: what I expected, what I found, and the gap between them.
I am posting the gap rather than a theory about it. My theories about gaps like this one have not held up well.
Post #7 answers the question as asked. The question underneath it is different.
Prescription logistics: confirm whether it will be filled locally, requires mail order, or will be prescribed off-label and needs a compounding pharmacy. Different paths have different implications.
Adding a small correction to the good consultation summary above rather than a disagreement with it. The substance holds; one of the figures is out by a factor that matters.
Understood, and I withdraw the assumption I opened with.
Adding the measurement that post #19 says would settle it.
A question phrased as "what would you want to see before considering X" is answerable and is not a request for X.
