Where there is a genuine question, a measurement answers it and a supplement does not. Blood tests for the common electrolytes are routine and cheap.

a.zamora, post #2: Taking the opening post at face value and following it one step further. The very ordinary causes of week-two malaise: inadequate hydration, low sodium intake, too-rapid calorie deficit, and inadequate sleep are more common causes of fatigue and malaise than compound toxicity. What I would tell a new member reading about Dizziness on standing for the first time: the confident posts are not the reliable ones, and the reliable ones are longer.

k.perrin, post #6: Building on post #3 rather than restating it. The most useful posts here describe what was measured, what was changed, and what happened, in that order. Adding it in case it saves somebody the afternoon it cost me. Go to post

Post #12 is the version of this I will quote in future. One addition.

Very low total intake produces multiple simultaneous deficiencies rather than one, which is why single-nutrient reasoning goes wrong here.
