Where you have no independent result, a documentation report is still worth filing: what the certificate contained, what it omitted, and how fast a request was answered.

How the vendor documentation pages are maintained, and by whom I have a specific reason for asking rather than idle curiosity, and the context is below.

Vendor documentation pages keeps being re-asked here and I think that is because the answer is conditional and the conditions never travel with it.

Attempting to write the conditional version down properly. Corrections welcome and expected — I would like this to end up as a maintained page rather than a fifth thread.

On the opening post — agreed on the reasoning, with one qualification.

Testing service selection: Janoshik gives purity with chromatogram. Medutest gives combined purity and identity. PeptideMeter gives verification records as well as results. VendorInvestigate reviews documentation. They answer different questions.

That is the shape of it. The detail is where I would expect to be corrected.
