On the subject in the title: Discussing something you have already been doing Working notes rather than a conclusion.

A question about how to describe something to a clinician rather than about the thing itself.

I have a set of observations, dated, with what I was doing at the time. What I do not have is a sense of which parts are worth an appointment's limited minutes.

How would you prioritise this if it were yours to present?

Bringing a record of symptoms with dates and severities makes an assessment materially easier and is the single most useful preparation.

The conclusion is tentative; the arithmetic underneath it is not.

e.tamm, post #10: I read post #8 twice before replying, because I had assumed the opposite. Prescription logistics: confirm whether it will be filled locally, requires mail order, or will be prescribed off-label and needs a compounding pharmacy. Different paths have different implications. Genuinely open to being wrong about this one. Go to post

A question phrased as "what would you want to see before considering X" is answerable and is not a request for X.

That is all the detail I have. Someone else will have more.
