Practical experience of peptide, offered as one case with the conditions stated, not as a general finding. Conditions first, because they are what make it interpretable.
Picking up post #32: that is the part I would want checked first.
Container choice matters: the material of the vial, the rubber closure, the fill volume all affect how quickly the contents degrade. Smaller fill volumes lose less to adsorption. Glass vials lose less to leaching than plastics.
On post #30 — agreed on the reasoning, with one qualification.
The reason peptide is hard to answer is that the obvious measurement and the relevant quantity are not the same thing, and substituting one for the other is silent.
My understanding of peptide is a few years old and may have been superseded. If it has been, I would genuinely like to know rather than keep repeating it.
Adding the measurement that post #36 says would settle it.
Adding what did not work for me on peptide, since the failures never get written up and they are half the useful information.
The claim about peptide upthread is stronger than its source supports. I have read the source. The source says "associated with" and the post says "causes".

Freeze-thaw: some peptide solutions tolerate freezing poorly because ice crystals damage protein structure. Whether your specific solution tolerates it depends on the formulation and is not something to test empirically. The conservative position is not to freeze.
A qualification I should have led with rather than closed on.
I would call the community position on peptide likely rather than established, and I would be comfortable defending that hedge.

Freezing a reconstituted peptide solution is not automatically protective. Freeze-thaw cycling is one of the harsher things you can do to a protein in solution, and a single freeze is different from repeated ones.
The general case is well covered; this is the awkward specific one.
