Taking post #90 at face value and following it one step further.

Where somebody is losing strength rapidly, the first questions are intake, sleep and total training volume, in that order.

The short version is the first sentence; the rest is why.

Post #88 and I disagree about the size of the effect, not about the direction.

Adding what did not work for me on recovery, since the failures never get written up and they are half the useful information.
