Reading back through what has been written here about nausea timeline, three questions come up every time and only one has ever been answered properly.
Listing all three, with what I think the state of the answer is for each, so the thread can start further along than the last one did.
Worth separating nausea timeline as a question about the compound from nausea timeline as a question about the documentation. They get answered by different people and only one of them is answerable here.
Post #9 and I disagree about the size of the effect, not about the direction.
The reason nausea timeline keeps being re-asked is that the answer is conditional and people quote it without the condition. It is not that the answer is unknown.
Nausea: the most common side effect and the most dose- and titration-dependent one. It is usually most prominent in the first 24 to 48 hours after injection and attenuates as the dose is held stable. At each escalation step it often resets briefly before attenuating again.
I have separated what I observed from what I concluded, which does not always happen.
Reframing nausea timeline slightly, because I think the disagreement is about the question rather than the answer. If the question is "does it happen", yes. If it is "how often", nobody here knows.

Taking nausea timeline seriously for a moment rather than deflecting: the honest position is that the community has observations and no controlled comparison, and those two things support very different sentences.
